These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Prime News Times at primenewstimes.com (the “Site”), operated as part of 24World Media (“24World Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing, reading, subscribing to, commenting on or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The service
Prime News Times provides news, explanatory journalism, video, data, opinion or analysis where clearly identified, newsletters, advertising and related digital services. We may add, remove, suspend or change a feature, section or format at any time. Availability is not guaranteed, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
2. Editorial material and developing news
News is produced at a point in time from information then available. Developing stories may be updated or corrected as records, official information and reporting change. Publication or update times are provided to help readers assess currency, but the presence of an article does not guarantee that every fact remains unchanged after publication. You should verify information independently before making medical, financial, legal, safety or other consequential decisions. The Website Disclaimer forms part of the context for use of the Site.
3. Intellectual property
Except where a different owner is credited, the Site’s articles, headlines, text, graphics, logos, page design, photographs, audio, video, compilations and other material are owned by or licensed to 24World Media or the relevant publication and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. 24World Media, the publication name, masthead, logo and related marks may not be used in a manner likely to imply endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.
You may read the Site for personal, non-commercial use; print or save a reasonable excerpt for private reference; and share links to our pages using ordinary sharing tools. Except as permitted by applicable law or written permission, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, translate, adapt, scrape at scale, systematically mirror, sell, or create a competing news product from a substantial portion of our material. Brief quotations with clear attribution and a link are not prohibited merely because they are quotations, but they must not substitute for reading the original article.
4. Reader submissions, comments and tips
Public account registration is closed. Where comments or forms are enabled, you are responsible for what you submit. By sending a comment, tip, document, photograph or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, store, reproduce, edit for clarity or length, publish and distribute it in connection with journalism and promotion of that journalism, in any medium now known or later developed. You may ask us not to identify you as a confidential source, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every legal or technical circumstance.
Do not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, private information you are not entitled to disclose, malicious code, bulk advertising or a false identity. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, private identity documents or material subject to a court order that prohibits disclosure. We may moderate, decline, remove or retain submissions, and may preserve records for legal or security purposes.
5. Prohibited conduct

- interfering with security, caching, advertising, subscription, comment or form functions;
- using automated means to overwhelm the Site, harvest email addresses, copy the archive systematically, evade technical limits or misrepresent traffic;
- impersonating the publication, a journalist, an official or another person, or falsely claiming endorsement;
- posting unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, dangerous or intentionally deceptive material;
- using the Site to facilitate wrongdoing or to publish another person’s highly sensitive personal information without a lawful and newsworthy basis.
6. Subscriptions and email
Email subscriptions are provided for convenience and may be modified or discontinued. A subscription does not create a paid customer relationship unless a separate paid offer and terms are expressly presented and accepted. You must provide an address you are entitled to use, confirm it when asked and keep credentials or unsubscribe links secure. Links and embeds lead to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices or terms. Inclusion of a link as a source is an editorial reference, not a warranty. If you choose to interact with an external service, you do so under that service’s terms.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice through the Contact page under “Privacy, legal or copyright” or by post to 24World Media, 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067, United States. Identify the copyrighted work, the exact URL and material claimed to infringe, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement, made with authority to act, that the use is unauthorised. We may remove or disable access to material while a claim is assessed and may provide a counter-notice process where applicable law requires or permits it. Knowingly false notices may have legal consequences.
10. Privacy
Your use of forms, subscriptions, comments and the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using those features, you acknowledge the processing described there. Do not provide information through a public comment that you expect to keep private.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24World Media, the publication, their owners, directors, employees, journalists, contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or relating to use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on its material. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us specifically for access to the relevant material during the preceding 12 months, or USD 100 if you paid nothing, except where a greater amount is required by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24World Media and the publication from third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from material you submit, your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.
15. Suspension and enforcement
We may restrict or block access, remove material, close a feature or preserve evidence if we reasonably believe these Terms, a law, a court order, security or another person’s rights require it. Failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the unenforceable provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or privacy law in your place of residence provides otherwise. Before filing a claim concerning the Site, please contact us through the Contact page with enough detail to investigate. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or from using a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Changes and entire agreement
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new date. Material changes will apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Website Disclaimer are the principal terms for general use of the Site; a separate written agreement for advertising, licensing, contribution or paid services controls if it conflicts on the same subject.
